Providing a safe and productive environment
OpenSystems Media provides a friendly, safe and secure environment for all of our live and online events. We are welcoming to all members of the engineering community from varied and diverse backgrounds, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ability, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and religion (or lack thereof).
Behavior that is deemed unacceptable during any of our events include violence, or threats of violence; sexist, racist, homophobic, or transphobic jokes and language; posting sexually explicit material; personal insults; inappropriate recording or photography. Weapons are also not allowed during live events.
If any of our attendees experience any issues or feel there has been a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report this to us immediately.
